The folding meditation bench or kneeling "seiza" is perfect for travel, meditation retreats and use at home. The folding legs are curved at the bottom and adjust to place the body in the best anatomical position to support your meditation practice.

The meditation bench measures 18" long x 7.75" wide x 7.25' high. Designed and crafted from renewable mango hard wood by Boon Decor. The brocade meditation bench cushion has 100% natural organic kapok filling in the inner shell which provides a comfortable yet supportive cushion for your kneeling meditation practice.

The meditation cushion straps on with Velcro under the bench to prevent slipping. The beautiful meditation bench cushion cover fabric can be dry-cleaned by zipping off the cover. 18" x 8" x 1.5" loft.
