This meditation cushion combination is an ideal support for your sitting meditation practice.The rectangular meditation cushion, with "Longevity" silk-screened in gold on our premium silk-blend fabric, has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable meditation seats available. One side of the inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls. It is like having two types of cushions in a single zafu.

The meditation cushion cover has a sewn-in carry handle and zips off for dry cleaning. The higher seat zafu is the perfect choice for both daily sitting and long meditation retreats. 18" x 12" x 8" loft.

 The meditation floor cushion or Zabuton has the elegant gold silk-screened border; the "Dharma Key" design is symbolic for the "dharma or teaching" as the key to one's spiritual development. "Celestial Vine" design symbolizes the growth or development of one's spiritual life.The cover zips off for easy dry cleaning and a sewn-in carry handle makes transport easy.
