This meditation cushion combination provides ideal support for sitting meditation practice. The Meditation Cushion Rectangular Zafu & Zabuton Set, silk-screened in gold on our premium rich purple silk-blend fabric, has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable and versatile meditation seats available. One side of the organic cotton canvas inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls. It is like having two types of cushions in a single zafu.

The rectangular meditation pillow cover has a sewn-in carry handle and zips off for dry cleaning. The higher seat meditation cushion is the perfect choice for both daily sitting and long meditation retreats. 18" x 12" x 8" loft.

The meditation floor cushion or zabuton has the elegant gold silk-screened "Dharma Key" border design, which is symbolic for the "dharma or teaching" as the key to one's spiritual development.

The cover also zips off for easy dry cleaning and a handy sewn-in handle makes transport easy. The inner cushion is filled with natural organic tufted kapok. The meditation floor mat measures a generous 30" X 34" X 6" high.
