We are based and ship from California.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 working days from California.                                       

Zabutons and meditation cushion sets require oversized boxes for shipping.

California Sales Tax applies for California Shipping Address.

E-COMMERCE PROCESSES OUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. BOON DECOR DOES NOT SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Orders received prior to 12 noon on any regular work day usually ship the same day. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

How To Order: Fixed shipping on certain items are for U.S. addresses. These items will have to be quoted depending on the weights and sizes.

We apologize that we are not able to send oversized boxes to certain countries via U.S. International Priority Mail.

Boon Decor reserves the right not to ship disproportionately heavy items unless additional shipping charges are agreed upon. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. Feel free to order through another logistics company with a better rate.

Customs/Duty Fees: Boon Decor has no way to determine and has no control over customs duty fees that may/or may not be charged by each individual country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees that may be due at the time the order is received.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days after you receive the order or the holiday gift giving date. Please contact us for return authorization and repack the merchandise for safe return shipping. Once the item(s) are received in like new condition, the purchase price will be credited back to the charge card used in the purchase. Customers will be charged for shipping in both directions.
