This comfortable meditation cushion floor mat or zabuton is expertly constructed with piping all around in soft pre-washed hand-woven 100% organic cotton fabric. The meditation cushion cover zips off for washing if necessary. The inner cushion is filled with organic kapok, which provides excellent support for your meditation practice.

The matching meditation cushion zafu has a sewn-in carry handle for easy transport. Each zafu is filled with organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted to your desired firmness through a zipper in the inner liner. Measures 15" dia, 6" loft, weighs 5.0-5.5 lbs.. The meditation cushion cotton cover zips off and is machine washable.
