This meditation cushion combination provides ideal support for sitting meditation practice. The rectangular zafu meditation cushion, with sacred symbols silk-screened in gold on our popular olive-green premium silk-blend fabric, has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable and versatile meditation seats available. One side of the organic cotton canvas inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls. It is like having two types of cushions in a single zafu.

The rectangular meditation cushion cover has a sewn-in carry handle and zips off for dry cleaning. The higher seat zafu is the perfect choice for both daily sitting and long meditation retreats. 18" x 12" x 8" loft.

The meditation floor cushion or zabuton has the elegant gold silk-screened "Dharma Key" border design, which is symbolic for the "dharma or teaching" as the key to one's spiritual development. "Celestial Vine" design symbolizes the growth or development of one's spiritual life.
